1.挑选姜牙较多的子姜。

2.洗净,切成姜丝。

3.鸭子洗净,切块。

9.原锅下鸭肉炒至鸭肉有点微黄。

10.下高汤,转中小火焖上十来分钟。

小窍门&温馨提示
高汤可以换成开水,鸭子若是选用老鸭,则要加多点高汤或开水,焖的时间要久一些,要焖至鸭肉变软。
